Spacious single room in a two bedroom flat with a lovely living room for your use. The flat is in a quiet complex, which is constantly looked after and extremely safe. It offers a communal garden, bike sheds, and off-street parking.

The nearest tube station is only 5 minutes away, and you can find all amenities you need on the High Road. If you want a green break, the river and the Themes path by Kew Gardens is just on the other side.

The flat offers a cozy kitchen, a shared bathroom (with a bathtub that fits tall people), and a lovely living room that I hardly ever use—so please, use it as you wish! (My previous flatmate worked hybrid from there).

The room (2.15 by 3.2 m2) is furnished. The rent includes all utilities: Water, electricity, gas, superfast fiber broadband, council tax.

I work in Cancer Research at Imperial College London (Ovarian and Prostate, mainly computational work + teaching). I grew up in Denmark, did my PhD on Wine Fermentation in France, and moved here subsequently. In my free time, I read, play games, bake, and write short stories. I also walk a whole lot.

I moved here 4½ years ago with my ex and have been flatsharing since we broke up—I adore the flat and the easy access to walking by the Thames, so I hope to continue for a while longer!

I'm looking for a reasonable person to share the flat with. As long as you're quiet during the night and don't set the house on fire, we'll get along fine.

The flat is rented on contract with an agency, so you will need to pass their referencing check and earn minimum £27,000 per annum or provide a guarantor that earns £32,400.
