Great house, awesome housemates and a cat!

Hey mates!

Unfortunately my visa is up and it’s time for me to leave London, so my room in our awesome house is up for grabs!

It’s a three story house in beautiful Chiswick. There are 5 bedrooms ( 1 is a spare room for when family or friends come to visit), two bathrooms, 3 toilets (1 on each floor) , a kitchen, large separate living room and a big garden perfect for bbq’s.

You will be living with 5 of the greatest housemates ever. 3 males / 2 females/ 1 cat - Henry (english) , fionn (Irish) , Myrto ( Greek), heather (Scottish) and Tim (English) who are a couple, and Oscar the cutest cat in the world .

All housemates are mid twenties to early thirties. We all do our own thing and also like the occasional housemate bbq/drinks,/movie nights/etc.

Chiswick house and gardens is at the end of the street and is insanely beautiful. Chiswick overground station is a 5 min walk away , Chiswick park and gunnersbury station are a 15 min walk away .

There are also a number of buses around the corner. You can get anywhere you need to go very easily.

The high street is just a 10 min walk away with everything you need , great restaurants, large sainsbury’s, and a great Irish pub!

The river is super close , with awesome pubs to hop and catch a great sunset.

Rent is 605 a month plus bills which come to 72 a month. We also have a cleaner who comes by every couple of weeks to clean all the common areas.

The room is available from the 20th of oct.
