You will be sharing the flat with only one more person.

Room is fully furnished with lots of storage space, large double bed, wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers. Previous occupier has also left a desk, a second wardrobe and a bookcase which you can keep if needed or get rid of if not needed.

The flat has two bathrooms so you will have your own bathroom.

Living room/kitchen area shared with one person and is fully furnished including TV.

Shared garden for the entire building.

Fast internet connection and Netflix included in bills, suitable for working from home. Bills are £160 per month per person.

Kew bridge overground station 2 minutes walk.

Gunnersbury underground station 10 minutes walk or 2 stops away by bus.

This is a quiet, safe area, Kew Gardens is only a 20 minute walk away with lots of amenities nearby.
