Double room in a spacious Chiswick flat

The building

We are looking for a new flatmate to share our lovely first-floor flat in leafy Chiswick. The room has a double bed, large wardrobe and a big window looking out onto a quiet mews. There is a large living room with tv, sofa and six-person dining table. The kitchen has an oven, electric hob, washing machine and dishwasher - a lifesaver. The flat has recently had a new boiler and double glazing installed.

Our flat is a 10-minute walk from Chiswick High Street with its lovely shops and market stalls. We're also just 5 minutes' walk from Chiswick Park tube station, the 94 bus (a 24-hour connection to Piccadilly Circus), and in the other direction South Acton Overground.

You'll be moving in with two young professionals who work in Westminster. We both work full-time, and in regular times we may be in or out on any given evening. If we're in then we do enjoy a glass of wine and a chat together.

Bills (energy, council tax and tv/internet): £104pcm
