Large Double in friendly Chiswick house

Lots of space!

We have a double room available in our lovely home in Chiswick.

The house and room is super spacious with lots of storage for clothes, home working, etc! The room comes with a large in built wardrobe with shelves, and a mahogany set of drawers.

The house has a big, homely living/dining area, kitchen, downstairs utility room, back workout/office area, and patio.

We're all in our late twenties/early thirties and have made our place feel like a real home. We love to hang out and watch tv, go out for brunch and cocktails, but equally have our own things going on. We're looking for a female who's clean, has similar interests and is sociable :) (but don't worry, we totally respect one another's space)

We also have a small dog called Alfie - he’s very quiet and calm, never barks! Oh and he's adorable.

The location is great. Chiswick has so many gorgeous restaurants, pubs, shops and green spaces nearby! The house is right next to Chiswick business park, and it’s very easy walk to Chiswick, Gunnersbury, Acton Town or South Acton overground..

The landlord is brilliant and willing to help replace/fix anything quickly.

The bills are maximum £120/month, this price includes a cleaner which comes every 2 weeks.

Georgie (me!) is moving to another area of London for work, with the move-in date ideally around the first couple of weeks in October.
