Small double room in a large, sociable (professional) house in Chiswick with great communal spaces, and a private backyard.

I am going home for a few weeks and I’m looking for someone to take my room for that time.
You will be living with 4 friendly flatmates aged 21-27, and who all met on Spare Room, they all enjoy spending time with each other in the evenings, watching movies or having a chat. If you are a professional looking to live a sociable house, but also want to live somewhere clean, tidy, and peaceful, this is the perfect house for you. We have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks!
It is an international house! 2 girls and 2 guys!

Please just contact me if you’re between 21/30 years old and if you would like a video tour of the house, and following that, whether you would like to see the house in person and meet the flatmates.

The room:
- Double room, fully furnished
- Chest of drawers, clothing rack and a bookshelf
- Plenty of light (massive sliding doors window)
- third floor .
- Bathroom is recently renovated on the third floor and is shared with another girl.

Communal space:
- Large Victorian 3 story house
- Private garden with BBQ and shed
-Guest bathroom first floor
- Living room/dining room with TV
- Big kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cupboard space.
- Washroom and tumble dryer
- On-street free parking 6:30pm until 8am next day or can apply for a permit.

Ideally located:
+>10 minutes walk to Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury tube stations (District line), and a large Sainsbury's
- 4-minute walk to South Acton (Overground)
- 5-minute walk to Chiswick business park and some lovely local pubs, The Swan and The Bollo
- 15 minute walk to Acton Town (Piccadilly line)
- 30-minute walk to Kew bridge train station (trains to Waterloo).


Dates: between September 18 - November 5th.

Rent:
£140 per week (at least 4 weeks)~ bills incl.~
£600 per month ~ bills incl.~

Deposit: £200 (will give back the day that you move out).
They would be a “Temporary Room Contract” for both party's safety.
