2 rooms available in chiswick.

Hi, I have 2 rooms available from March 13th, possibility of earlier if needed. Female only please.
One room has a double bed and one room is a bit smaller with a 3/4 size bed. Both rooms will be getting new mattresses.
The rooms are bright and sunny and overlook our large shared garden where we have a swimming pool and bbq area. It’s a friendly and safe community, and very quiet. All rooms have double glazing and is fully furnished, we have everything a kitchen could need.
There are many options for traveling in the area, we are 4 mins from Gunnersbury station and 5 from Chiswick Park station. Chiswick train station is about 12 mins walk away. The high road is 2 mins away where there are lots of buses, restaurants, gyms, shops and bars. It’s a very convenient area to live.

*The rent includes most bills apart from the water bill and the tv licence. We pay these annually, water is few April 1st and is about £150 a year each . Tv licence is about £55 each and renews in November. Any incoming person would have to pay the previous flatmate any remainder cost of the year.
