A rare opportunity has come up to rent a fully furnished double attic room, within our fantastic Victorian house.

The room I’m advertising is off of a communal space.

This is an ALL-GIRL house and we would like to keep it that way, so sorry boys!

We are working professionals - ages range from mid 20s to early 30s - we are an easy going lot who work hard all week! We do like the odd glass of wine on the weekend (and week nights from time to time!)

We have wireless broadband for you to use, and we also contribute £12 per month towards loo roll and cleaning products etc, this also covers the internet.

The house is HUGE! We have a big dining room with an extra cooker and sink and cupboard space, large main kitchen with plenty more cupboard space, 2 American fridges/freezers, conservatory with sofas and TV and a garden, x2 bathrooms with x2 extra separate toilets so there is never any arguing over the shower!

We are situated on a quiet road 3 mins from the overland which gives great access to Camden and Richmond, 5 min walk to Chiswick Park underground and Sainsbury’s and just under 10mins to Turnham Green underground, Chiswick High Road and the park, it’s in a perfect location with a few local shops just around the corner too
