This spacious room is the loft conversion of a 1930s house and pretty self-contained with a television, desk, and comfortable chair. The single bed could easily be converted into a double. There is plenty of storage with a big walk in wardrobe and two cupboards. The bath has a shower attachment.

There is use of the well-equipped, large kitchen/diner, conservatory and garden downstairs. Those are the communal areas. I also have my own private sitting room.

This Chiswick house is close to lots of excellent transport links: only 2/3 minutes walks to Gunnersbury station (overground and underground) and the buses close by. Gunnersbury is just in zone 3 and Turnham Green Station (zone 2) is a 15/20 minute walk away. Kew Bridge Station (South West trains is 10 minutes away. Kew Gardens is within walking distance as is the river. Chiswick High Road and everything it has to offer is only minutes away.

I am divorced with two adult children and live in this house on my own. I am friendly but private and am looking for someone of the same ilk. I am told that I am pretty chilled. I would prefer to share with a lady.

Single occupancy only. Parking is available but at an additional cost per month.

I am also open to short (4 to 8 weeks) full time lets at a higher rent.
