A lovely double room is now available in a big, bright, 2 bedroom flat in the heart of Chiswick. It is located just off Chiswick High Road in a quiet, tree lined street with parking available should you need it. It's in a great spot, equal distance (around 10 minutes) to both Turnham Green and Chiswick Park tube stations and only a 10-15 minutes walk to Chiswick train station (20 minutes to Waterloo).

My new contract is up for renewal in early May so I'm looking for someone to move in ASAP until the next tenant moves into the property.

The flat is situated on the first floor and has lots of space. The living room is bright and airy due to the huge bay window and is big enough to accommodate our dining table with 6 chairs. There is a large TV (with Apple TV & Netflix) with surround sound and Sky TV with broadband too. There is also a decent sized kitchen (with dishwasher, and a lot of coffee machines!) and a separate little room with a washer and dryer to do the laundry. The ample sized bathroom has a bath with shower and was refurbished recently!

The bedroom available is a good sized double room, located at the back and includes a bed, a mattress, and a huge fitted wardrobe!

Here is a bit about me: I'm 28 years old, from Brussels, Belgium and work as a full-time DJ (but don’t play in the flat) but that doesn’t I’m a party animal or have house parties at home. As my work is hectic, loud & busy, I tend to opt for peace & quiet at home. I'm super easy-going and I enjoy going to the gym 3-5 times a week and being active in general. I love cooking, so it always smells good in the flat :) I'm sociable but also respect space when we each feel like chilling in our rooms etc. I always work late nights so don't get up until midday, which makes shower schedules pretty easy, but I shower at the gym most of the time anyway...I go travelling as much as I can, and I am also a scuba diver.

The rent is £695 per month but we can work it out day by day if you're looking to stay a bit longer.
