Gorgeous double room in 1000sqft apartment

Hi there,


My housemate is moving out at the end of May as he has purchased his first property! This means I am looking for a new flat mate to join me in this awesome apartment.


The flat is part of a private complex that has complimentary private parking included in the rent. The flat itself has a large dining area, living room and outside patio - which is very rare for this area. The flat is immaculately decorated and all of the appliances are of the highest quality. The room itself is a modest size, which comes with a double bed and wardrobe which is shown in the pictures. There is also a built in cupboard which provides plenty of storage space. The room is located directly next to the bathroom, which is very convenient.

Bills are not included so will be split with myself. With bills included the total will be around the £1000 mark.

In terms of myself, I am a 26 year old professional working in Account Management within the technology industry. I am a sports fanatic and hugely into my fitness. I also enjoy travelling, so there will be plenty of times where you have the flat to yourself. I am a tidy person and like to keep the place clean! It would be great to meet a similar character to myself who enjoys a laugh and sport! No couples or pets allowed and no smoking.
