Double room in Creative Warehouse

The room!

It is with great sadness that it is time for me to move on from our creative community here at Dollywood. Would be great to find a new flat mate who will love the place just as I have!

About us: We are a group of creatives, who join their efforts to create a social, creative, and stimulating space where we can work and explore. The housemates include actors, singers, and artists, all ages, genders, and origins.

We have plenty of fun things such as:

-Pole (for pole dancing)
-Aerial silks
-Half-working organ+ less than half working retro piano
-Several guitars (acoustic, classic and electric)
-other intruments (saxophone, congas, etc)
-Painting space
-MASSIVE common area (if that wasn´t obvious yet), for communal use. This has been used for social activities (parties, gatherings, etc) as well as filming music videos, photoshoots, short films, etc etc)
-Upstairs working area
-Lights (photo lights, theatre lights, lasers...)
-Karaoke machine
-Projector screen
-A very strokable cat
-So many more things I can´t even remember them all!

In terms of regular common areas we have:
-2 toilets+ 2 showers
-kitchen, cleaning area, etc
-small extra sitting area
-Again, HUGE main space

The room is 555 with ALL EXPENSES COVERED. Is a medium-good size furnished room in the second floor,

PREFERRED FLATMATE: it needs to be someone open, and creative. This is the "work and play" type of house, and not the "going home after work, watch tv and lock yourself in the room". You can do that, but you won´t be as happy, I suppose. We are a big family in the house.
