Spacious loft apartment, small bills

We have a lovely loft to rent (bedroom and big living room space, own bathroom) in a 3-bedroom house in Finchley Central for one female person (sorry no couples!). The loft has a spacious living area, bathroom with shower over bath and a small bedroom. The flat has got velux windows throughout and there is plenty of storage space in the eaves of the flat. The kitchen is shared with two other female professionals.

This flat suits someone who is hardworking, considerate of others and appreciates a quiet house to come home to. We like to have an occasional drink together, but this is not a party house.
We´re keen to find a flatmate with a similar mindset to keep this a happy house share.

Current flatmates: 2 females in their thirties, friendly, clean, tidy, quiet, working Mo-Fri/Sat and non-smoking.

The house is located in a quiet area 5 minutes walking distance from Finchley Central. There is permit parking available outside the property.

Rent is £750 per month inclusive of council tax. Other bills average out to approximately £50 per head per month, one months deposit required. Mo-Fr let considered.
