URGENT - Room available in Neasden

Hiya!

My small double room is currently available near Neasden Station. Furniture included is a wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well a single bed which can be changed in arrangement with the landlord if you would like a bigger one.

You would be living with a couple who are professional sound designer and an engineer. We would preferably like a calm flatmate. This sounds harsh but there is a family living upstairs so we can't really have too much noise and we’ve never really been a party house.

The flat itself has a bathroom with bath and shower, another toilet and a lovely open kitchen/conservatory/living room area. There is also a small garden out the back - perfect for sunny weather! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to Neasden station which is Jubilee line. All in all it takes about 30 minutes to get into Central London!

The room is 631.66 a month excluding bills. Of course due to COVID-19 we will be doing virtual tours for anyone interested, and once moved out everything will be disinfected etc!

Due to the fact that we are on a fixed AST contract, the minimum stay would be until 4th July 2021. This also means that full credit checks and references will need to be done if we think that you are a suitable match. This credit check can be passed individually or with help of a guarantor.
