Just a quick note — the rent is not set by me or my flatmate. We are both renting our rooms from the agency and are helping them find a 3rd flatmate. The price for this room is set by the agency, not us, and you’ll have your own contract to pay rent separately.

Unfortunately, one of our lovely flatmates is moving out, and we’re looking for a new girl to join us in our 3-bed flat right next to Hyde Park! 🌳

About Us:
You’ll be living with me (Oana, 26) and Vasilia (25), both working professionals. We work in the office 5/6 days a week and love to spend our Sundays exploring London’s hidden gems. We’re quiet, clean, and tidy, and we’re rarely home due to our busy schedules. 🙌

The Room:
* Master Room: Big, bright with large windows, double bed, 3-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, a large extendable desk, and chair. It’s the perfect canvas for you to decorate with your favourite bedsheets, plants, or any decorative items that will make it feel like home! I’m always happy to help with some inspiration if you’d like, as I love decorating myself! 🛏️🌿

The Flat:
* Located on the 6th floor of a secure building with 24/7 porters and lift.
* The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 full bathroom, and a shared corridor with a dining table.
* You’ll feel safe and secure in this well-maintained building, with everything you need.

This is a prime location. You’re a short walk away from some of London’s best spots:
* Hyde Park (9-minute walk)
* Oxford Street (12 minutes walk)
* Selfridges (14 minutes walk)
