My housemate Sofia is heading off, so I've got a great spare room to offer in my Clapham flat!

It's a great double room in a great flat, quietly hidden around the corner from the thriving Clapham High Street, with extremely easy links into Central London and is just a short walk from Clapham Common.
Nearest Underground: Clapham North (2 mins)
Nearest Overground: Clapham High Street (2 mins)
Walk to the Common in under 5 mins.
Tube to Oxford Circus in under 20 mins.

With a large light living room and shared roof terrace, it's perfect for entertaining and hosting friends.

I should note that the room is reasonably close the Overground line which travels nearby, so you can hear the odd train go past, but it really is very quiet, and I'd highly recommend you came round to see for yourself.

It's a lovely place, so looking for someone very clean and tidy, who enjoys an active lifestyle and enjoys keeping busy.

Renting for £200pw including all council taxes, broadband, gas, electricity, water etc.

Looking for someone ideally for a fixed term contract, 25th October to 2nd January (10 weeks), but happy to be a little flexible if it helps!
