Self-Contained Top Floor of Newly Renovated House

Double Bedroom

We have recently decided to rent out the top floor of our newly renovated Victorian terraced house in Abbeville Village, Clapham South.

We have designed it so that although access is through our front door and up the main staircase, once you get to the top, there is a self-contained and private 1 bedroom flat. This contains a light double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and next door, there is a sitting room/kitchenette with Juliet balcony, sofa, TV etc. The kitchenette is equipped with a kettle, microwave, toaster, cutlery etc.

The rent will include all bills as well as a cleaner and laundered bed linen and towels every other week (since it is a Mon-Fri rental).

Monday -Friday only.

Having done years of house sharing, we are no longer looking for a housemate, rather someone that would like their own space in a nice family home. The top floor is very much a private space which we hope someone will enjoy. There will be no access to the rest of the house.

It is just my husband and I living in the house. We both work in the City leaving early and getting back early evening (although we are currently both working from home during the pandemic). Ideally we would like another professional who will be leaving the house each day.
