Double room available in modern flat in Clapham

Hello!

Unfortunately one of our flatmates had to move out to move closer to home, so we have one spare double room to rent. The room has a double bed, a bedside table (on its way), a chair and table and built in wardrobes. All bills are included (water, electricity, internet, council tax, Sky TV). We also have a garden and a bike shed outside.

Moving on to the people! One of us (Kate) works in the civil service and the other (Amy/Me) works in a business consultancy firm (although I’ll then be moving on to a job in law in August). I‘m a live-in landlord until March and then from April-August I’ll be travelling the world so will be more live-out than in. Both Kate and I are really sociable so if we’re not out socialising with friends we’re generally in, chilling in front of the TV and/or chatting shit. We also host a monthly Sunday roast for a load of friends which we would love you to be a part of (although it isn’t compulsory if you’d rather not - veggie options are available).

We’re looking for someone who’s easy going, clean and sociable. A love of wine/gin/all mulled alcohols is also preferable but not essential ;)
