I am moving out after a year and a half to move in with my boyfriend and therefore looking for a replacement.
The flat:
The flat is split level, top floor, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, eat in kitchen plus big living room and a small balcony.
Location:
The flat is on Silverthorne and is about a 10 minute walk from Queenstown Road station - takes you to Waterloo in less than 10 minutes. Also near Clapham Junction and Clapham Common tube. Shops at Clapham Common are about a 10 minute walk and Battersea Park is about 15 minutes away which is so ideal in summer!
Flatmates:
You will be moving in with Harriet and Ellie, both professionals working in central during the week. They are very chilled, happy for a glass of wine and some tv binge watching during the week (house love island was excellent)! Whilst happy to be sociable they also have their own lives so can be out and about on the weekends especially.
Cost:
Rent is £660 per month which is a steal for the location! Bills are approximately £37 per month for gas/electric/internet. Water is paid annually from April and is £123 each. Council tax is £185.76 each per year.
- £660 pcm (double)
