Room available in lovely Abbeville houseshare

We are looking for a guy to fill this lovely ground floor high ceiling spacious room in our wonderful Victorian 6 bedroom home, close to Clapham Common and Abbeville Village.

Currently 1 guys (Accountant) and 3 girls (architect and two paramedics), we want to keep the balance so sorry ladies!

We’re an outgoing and welcoming bunch who spend time together around dinner if we are in the kitchen at the same time or watching Gogglebox/Netflix. We also have our own lives and do our own thing both in and out of the house - the best mix! Although there are 6 of us, it’s a big place and we are never on top of each other.

The room is on ground floor bright and spacious, comes with some furniture (chest of draws and book shelves,) with built in wardrobe. Desk does not come with room but you can negotiate with the current housemate.

We have a large kitchen/diner, 2 full bathrooms + separate downstairs loo, a large basement for storage/bikes, a sunny garden patio with barbecues and a really homely living room with two (ridiculously!) comfy sofas. There is access to the garden from this bedroom and the kitchen.

Bills are on average around £120 a month (including a cleaner once a week and Sky package) and can fluctuate above this during autumn/winter months and vice versa during spring/summer season. The room is available from 12th of February.
