The room is quite spacious with lots of natural light. It is fully furnished with a built in floor to ceiling wardrobe, small desk, and single memory foam mattress.

The flat has a communal kitchen with a fridge, worktop hob, and oven. The kitchen includes kettle, toaster and general utensils and crockery.

The living room has been recently decorated and is a shared space for the flatmates.

The bathroom is split into a separate toilet, and a separate shower and sink. These are also shared with the two other flatmates.

There is a Sainsbury's local and an Anytime fitness adjacent to the estate, a 2 minute walk from the flat.
The building looks a bit run-down from the outside, but the neighbourhood is safe and the flat is very nice from the inside.

It is a 10 minute bus ride to either Clapham Common (Northern Line) or Brixton (Victoria Line) with a lot of different bus routes just outside the estate. It is a 10 minute walking distance to Clapham South and is located in Zone 2, very close to Central London.
