We are looking to rent out a lovely bedroom in our social house on Abbeville Road! The room will be available from 8th March.

Our house is a 4 double bedroom flat, which is split level over three floors of the house. The house is on the middle of Abbeville Road, less than a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common. Abbeville village is a vibrant self contained village in the heart of Clapham - it has lots of bars, cute restaurants, shops, bakeries and other amenities in the area. 

The bedroom is on the first floor overlooking Abbeville Road. The room is fully furnished with lots of natural light. There is a bathroom on the first floor just down the corridor, which you would be sharing with one other flatmate and has both a bath and shower. There is plenty of communal space in the open plan kitchen & living room (and space for WFH).

Rent is £677 pcm, not including bills. Bills usually come to around £100 a month which include: TV, wifi, water, electricity, gas, council tax and a fortnightly cleaner.

The current housemates are three girls, and we’re looking for a fun, friendly and sociable housemate to fit the mix. Jan (25), Vicki (27) who both work in design and Alice (26) who is an Intelligence Analyst. We are looking for somebody who enjoys drinks and bottomless brunching on the weekends (once we are allowed!) as much as a night in on the sofa binging the next best Netflix series with a cuppa.
