I'm so sad to leave this place but a new job opportunity means that I need to relocate. My flat mate is so so lovely though and I have asked her to write a few words for me (seeing as you will be living with her and not me!).
I’m a 36 year old professional female who works in advertising!
I’ve been living in flat for nearly 3 years and it’s such a lovely place. It’s a 2 bed first floor flat, which has an open plan kitchen and lounge area (huge windows so lovely bright room), one bathroom (includes bath / shower) and 2 decent sized double bedrooms.
The bedroom available comes furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The flat is just under a 10 minute walk to both Clapham Common / North stations, a 3 minute walk to Wandsworth Road overground station and less that a 10 minute walk to Clapham high street and the common!
Clapham high street / old town is full of great bars, pubs, shops and restaurants!
The flat is £940 all in which includes all bills (WIFI / council tax / TV licence / gas and electricity / water etc)!
A bit about me I work in advertising / design, I love fashion, football fan but enjoy watching most sports (just not playing them). So I’m just looking for a nice easy going flat mate who is occasionally still up for a few drinks on the sofa!
