We are looking for one person or a couple to sublet our room while we are travelling. You would be staying with our 2 lovely housemates (Australian/Austrian couple).

The room will be available 1st to 15th July 2020 at £27 per day and £200 deposit (All bills, bedding, towells, etc., included)

We are looking for someone who takes good care of our room and the apartment.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

- Our room has 1 empty wardrobe and a double bed., with plenty of space!

Rest of the house includes

- lovely back garden with BBQ
- 2nd bedroom
- Good size kitchen includes fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, etc.
- Cosy living room with sofa
- Clean and airy bathroom includes white three piece suite
- Loads of additional storage!

- 5 mins to Wandsworth Road Station (Overground)
- 10 mins bus to Clapham Junction Station (Overground & Train Station)
- 5-8 mins Clapham Common Station (Northern Line)
- Clapham High Street has a great range of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, gyms and cinema
- Awesome open green space in Clapham Common
