Looking for an easygoing person to share my flat-share, as my housemate is unfortunately moving elsewhere in London.
I would love to find someone who is happy to do their own thing but equally down for a chat and a glass of wine on occasion 😋 (And hopefully all the usual stuff like clean & tidy, considerate etc 🙈)

2 bedrooms, living room and a nice spacious kitchen at the back that opens onto a small patio.
Bathroom is currently being refurbished (will be complete by the move in date).
The area:
The flat is located on a really quiet residential road, approx 8 mins to Clapham South Station & approx 10 mins to Clapham Common Station.
2 mins to Abbeville Road with lots of shops and restaurants.
Approx 25 min walk to Brixton.
