Large Double Clapham South

I am unfortunately moving out of this great house share
to move in with my girlfriend.

On offer is a very large double room with space for desk, plenty of cupboard space and a big wardrobe. The room comes fully furnished. The house is a 4 bedroom professional houseshare. The rest of the house is equally spacious and well-kept, with a lovely and bright living room, kitchen and dining area and a garden for BBQs!

I aim to move out of my room December 7th so would ideally need someone for that date. May discuss this date but unlikely to be able to be too flexible.

It is in a great location with all the amenities close by. About 10 minutes walk to Clapham south station and just of Abbeville village. This is a cute high street with pubs, shops and restaurants. For the cyclists, the house is within 30 minutes cycle from most of central London.

The current housemates are 3 males. Everyone works the 9-5ish hours monday to friday and happy to get on with their own things. The guys are relaxed, clean and tidy young professionals. Equally everyone is keen for an occasional glass of wine, board game and catch up in the evening. The guys would love to find a new housemate who is keen to be part of a happy home with new friends.

All other bills usually come to just under £100 each.
