Excellent location - Located about 5-10 mins walk from Clapham South station, and 15-20 mins from Balham. There are heaps of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars nearby as well as multiple supermarkets.
The flatmates are all really lovely. Currently 3 guys and another girl, so ideally looking for another girl to keep the balance, but open. They are keen to hang out and watch movies as well as go out and have a drink. They are also happy to just let you do your own thing :)
The house is huge so it never feels crowded. There’s a really big kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden area.
The room comes with a double bed and built in wardrobe.
The rent is £845 per month. This includes all bills and sky in the room. Deposit is £975.
Move in date is Jan 3rd.
