🌼 Room 1: A large ensuite double bedroom in our six bedroom professional house share. Available for £1575 per month all bills included. Move ins are available from 04th of March.

🏡 The house:
Perfectly located between the Common and Abbeville Village Lynette is one of our best located houses. The house itself is done to an amazing finish with gorgeous bi-fold doors out from the kitchen to the garden! There is also another Capital Living house next door!

🔎 House details:
Large TV with Sky+ variety bundle. Two bathrooms, downstairs WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, double locks for security and garden furniture.

🛌 This room
All bills inclusive. Wi-fi, weekly cleaner, iron and ironing board, fully furnished (including kitchen goods, cutlery, crockery, glass and homewares). Monthly supply delivery of cleaning products, including loo roll and dishwasher tablets - we ensure more than enough is delivered for the month. If it runs out it is the responsibility of the housemates to cover the rest of the month.

🔎 Room Details
TV, bed with high-quality mattresses and four storage drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, full-length mirror, wastepaper basket, designer furnishings (lamps, artwork) and a weekly cleaner.

🚗Parking is also available as payable on-street, and/or applying for a permit through the council.

🛌 Capital Living Rooms:
All come fully furnished; our aim is to put together and design rooms that are more than just a room, they’re a space for you to relax and wind down after a busy day at work.
Wherever possible, we fit TVs into our rooms though this hasn't been possible in all houses - please let us know if this is essential for you and we can book viewings appropriately.

💰The prices you see advertised are inclusive of everything From your household bills to your council tax and wifi - it’s all covered. This means that you don’t have to spend your time splitting the costs with your housemates.

✅Cleaners attend our properties to clean the communal areas of the house.

🔧We have an online problem reporting system to make logging maintenance issues as easy as possible, as well as making the turn around time for getting these issues fixed as quick as possible.

😎Housemates + The Capital Living community:

Wherever possible we aim to keep the genders in our houses mixed so that we don’t have guys/girls only houses.
The age range for our houses is between 20-39, we’ll let you know the age range in the houses you're interested in so that you can judge whether or not it would be a good match for you.

All of our members are in full time employment, so you can be comfortable in the knowledge that you’ll be sharing with professionals.
