House is massive with plenty of space and a very large back garden which has to be seen. Area is ultra residential and very quiet thankfully whilst 5 min walk from northcote road if you are looking for a blend of quiet and hustle bustle like me.
Travel:
I get the overground from wandsworth common (5 mins away) to Victoria station, well i used to in the old days.. Clapham junction and clapham south are the other travel options. Not got a clue about buses, lets just assume there loads of them ha ha.
Room has large bay window and en suite. Think the pictures do the talking really. Its a really big room so plenty of space to work from home really which will be handy obvs. The layout of the room including measurements is one of the included pictures.
Its a strange time just now as we all know so there plenty of time before i move out hopefully on the 18th July. Need to see what happens with government guidelines with access for viewings inside the house, can certainly meet in the garden and do zoom calls etc in the meantime.
Bills are £100 a month which includes a cleaner cleaning the common areas and the bathroom twice a month usually.
