I will be moving out at the end of July/ start of August and we are searching for someone to take my room in our 3 bedroom flatshare.

The room:

Room 1: The rent is £599.66 + Bills ( £107.63)= £707.29

Bills include Netflix, TV License, Gas/Electricity, water, council tax, and internet.

The room has a new double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest-drawer. The window faces the patio for lots of afternoon light.

The Flat:

The flat has an amazing location and it is very well connected:
- 4 minutes walk to Clapham North Station (Northern Line).
- 10 minutes walk to Stockwell Station (Victoria Line).
- 7 minutes walk to Clapham High Street Overground Station.
- 15 mins walk to Brixton.

The flat has 3 bedrooms in total.
You will be living with only 2 other girls who is really nice, lovely, and tidy with whom we’ve lived with a year and a half.

The ideal new flatmates would be sociable, clean, friendly and people who are willing to make this flat their home!

The flat has a washing machine, a really nice living room (With sofa and TV) and kitchen area (With all you could need: pots pans, etc), 1 big shared bathroom and a patio that you can enjoy specially in summer.

It is very close to Clapham Common Park (15 mins walk, which is very convenient) and very close to Sainsbury’s, Iceland, different Gyms, and all the coffee shops and bars from the High street.
