The shared living room has two comfy sofas, lots of shelf space and dining table and chairs all included. We have a large separate kitchen area and two bathrooms. New double glazed windows just installed around the whole flat.
The flat is in a great spot, only a few minutes walk from Abbeville Road and 5-10 minutes to Clapham South Station or the Common.
There is a vast garden space that is shared with other flats. We also have free off-road parking available.
You'd be sharing with my partner and I who have been here for a year and love the flat and the area. One English one Aussie!
We're clean, considerate and enjoy having a few drinks after work or at the weekends. We're both into our sports and like to make good use of the garden and Clapham Common.
