This homely 4 bed house is available from the end of October! The house is situated in an ideal location for Clapham Common and Clapham North tube stops (less than 10 minute walk to both) and just a 15 minute walk from Brixton. Also a great location if you’re looking to enjoy the restaurants, bars and night life Clapham and Brixton have to offer!

As young professionals we have loved living here for the last 2 years. Clapham has so much to offer. Lots of lovely brunch spots, restaurants and cocktail bars as well as fun pubs and of course the common. It takes just 15 minutes to get into central London on the underground so ideal if you’re working in the city.

The house has three stories with really spacious rooms. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen and really homely living room which leads to a garden. On the first floor is two good sized bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger bedroom also has a modern en-suite.

On the 2nd floor is two other good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are light, airy and spacious, with excellent storage and wooden flooring. Three of the rooms are also large enough to fit desks in for working from home. The bathrooms are newly refurbished and very modern.

The landlord organises all bills on our behalf which we personally love as it really simplifies everything! Bills are £80 a month per person, which covers everything (water, gas, electricity, TV license, WiFi) including a cleaner every two weeks. Also worth mentioning is that there is a great maintenance team who quickly respond to any questions or issues!

Each tenant has their own contract for their room so individuals, buddy ups and groups are welcome! The recommended breakdowns from the landlord are:
