We have a small double room to rent in our professional and friendly Clapham flat. We live a 10 minute walk from Clapham South tube station and a 20 minute walk from Balham station. The kitchen/lounge looks onto a small park which is great for the summer. Clapham and Tooting common are only a short walk away as well.

Off- street permit parking is available if you have a car and electric car chargers were added recently too!

The room is furnished with a small double bed, a built in wardrobe and bedside table. There is plenty of storage space under the bed and above the wardrobe.

Bills are not included in the rent but work out to no more than £80 a month, and are less than that in the summer (breakdown of bills available at the bottom of the ad).

For those who are currently working from home we have a large table in the living room which is free for you to setup however you'd like and the WiFi is 55mbps (super fast!).

You will be living with myself and Becca (the other current flatmate). We are really laid back, social and tidy people, who love to cook and have a good gossip in the kitchen! We're ideally looking for someone who will seamlessly fit in with the dynamics of the flat.
