Large double room in Clapham available immediately. The house is 2-3 minute walk from Clapham South station so handy for any commuting needs. Currently the house consists of 4 guys and one girl (1x irish, 1x Essex , 1x southerner as well as an Aussie couple

The bedroom is a very good size (Picture doesn't really do it justice). The house in general is also very spacious with a big garden that was a lifesaver back in the summer.

*Rent is inclusive of all Bills, wifi weekly cleaner, garden sofa, Sky/ Sky Sports, BT Sport, all the other TV subscriptions you could ever need as well as communal supplies (Toilet paper, cleaning products, yorkshire tea etc)

We are all young professionals in our twenties. All like to socialise and chill with each other in the week and then like to have fun at the weekend. But obviously respect others space too.
