Amazing double, friendly Clapham house share!

After 3 amazing years, it is time for me to fly the Fort nest. I'm super sad to be leaving as I've loved every minute of living in the house and this part of town! If you're potentially interested in taking my place, read on.

The room is generously sized, gets lots of natural light and is situated on the second floor to the back of the house. It comes fully furnished (minus a couple of minor pieces you see in the pics). You will share a bathroom with one other housemate.

The house itself in an amazing townhouse style building - think tall ceilings and multiple floors. The communal areas consist of a lounge, an unused dining room (currently being used for bike storage / wfh office), kitchen (which is huge) and back patio.

In terms of location, you couldn't ask for much better: 10 min walk to both CJ and CC stations; 1 min to CC park; 15 min to Battersea Park; trendy Northcote Road also 10 min walk; excellent bus routes (37 is my personal fav).

I'll be leaving behind 4 amazing housemates, all of whom are working professionals. As such, I'm looking for a fun, friendly and respectable working professional to take my place and slide seamlessly into the house dynamic! To be clear, this is not a party house, but we do of course hang out, drink wine and occasionally cook together.

I'm looking to move out around the end of the month, so if you're interested then let me know. I'm hoping to arrange Zoom calls for around the 10/11th.
