Great studio flat for rent in Clapham/Battersea

I am moving out of my lovely studio flat on Queenstown Road from 1st June and looking for a new tenant or couple to take my place. The new tenant will sign a 12 months contract with the agency, starting from the move in date.

The flat is bright, airy and spacious with a bedroom, small living area, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. It's really a good size/shape for a studio. The location is great, in walking distance to Battersea Park, Clapham Junction & Clapham Common. Lots of green space, lively bars/restaurants and walking distance to the tube/overground.

The flat is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, table and chairs, and oven/fridge/shower.

The rent is £1,050 a month and you would solely occupy the flat. There are 3 flats in the building, neighbours all respectful, quiet and friendly.

Bills are on top but work out very reasonable if living alone. The flat also falls into the Wandsworth borough for council tax-approx £35 a month. The new tenant/s would be subject to credit checks with the landlord and would need to sign a new contract.
