2 minute walk from Clapham Common, 10/15 minutes walk to Clapham junction train station and 10/15 minutes walk to Clapham Common Tube station (northern line).

The bedroom is big with your own ensuite toilet and shower. It is situated on the ground floor, along with the front room, toilet, kitchen and garden. There are two rooms on the first floor and another two on the top floor. Each floor has its own bathroom. The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. With additional shelved storage under the mirror and under the bathroom sink.

The kitchen is one of the best parts of the house - massive American fridge-freezer, separate washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room, dishwasher, microwave oven and 5 plate range cooker with double oven. There is also a basement cellar providing additional storage space and a nice size garden with a BBQ.

The house is done to a really high standard and the landlord is great, he fixes anything quickly and lives nearby.

Its £940 to rent the room and we pay around £85 for bills, along with £24 once every five weeks for our weekly cleaner. So in total it is around £1050 pcm with bills.

Currently 3 girls 1 boys left in the house - Sad to be leaving this beautiful home but am moving in with my boyfriend.

The move-in date is Saturday 4th December- I’ll be moving out in the morning so from the afternoon it’s all yours.
