It's a ground floor flat in a quiet low-rise building, about 7 mins walk from Clapham South tube and Clapham Common and much else. It's a great location especially now with all the shops, bars and restaurants buzzing again nearby.

The rooms are all good doubles, some very generous - each with wardrobes, double beds, & lots of drawer space, some have sofas, desks are available in each - furniture can be moved around to suit.

Although there is no lounge in the flat, there is a huge balcony - not overlooked at all - and you look out onto a lovely private estate "secret" garden that is almost never used by anyone else.

There is a separate, modern kitchen with lots of countertop space, big fridge freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer, and lots of cupboards. There is a modern shower/bathroom and a separate toilet.

The room prices include all bills - plus a new mesh wifi system which can handle four people working/streaming/being online at the same time.

It is currently empty and all rooms are available now and I am looking for either 4 individuals, or groups of 2, 3 or 4 who are interested in joining-up to form a new flatshare.
