Large Furnished double room near Clapham Common available from Wednesday 15th July with both in person and virtual viewings available immediately.

The room is rented out on a lodger basis and therefore is flexible as there is no fixed term, so if your situation changes you're not locked in. Whilst we would prefer someone to commit to 6 months plus, we recognise that's not something people can always guarantee at the moment.

Rent is £700 per month plus one quarter of the flat bills (typically £80 per month). Please note a deposit of £860 will be required to secure the room and take the advert down.

We have 350mbps broadband in the flat so working from home isn't an issue.

Furnishings includes a double bed, sofa, small coffee table, desk, chair, bedside table, wardrobe, floor to ceiling storage case, mirror, lamp and an additional clothes rail. Please note the fireplace is for show only!

The flat has a large kitchen/diner/lounge area shared with all 3 of the other tenants, and a bath/shower room that is shared with 2 of the tenants. We also have a sofa bed so that guests can stay over (when we're finally allowed to!).

The flat is ideally situated on Wandsworth Road with 3 bus routes stopping right outside, easy access to the Northern, Victoria and Overground lines and sitting nicely between Battersea Park and Clapham Common (both about a 10 min walk). The flat also has an inside area available to store a bike should you use your own to get around.

We also have a huge ASDA (Clapham Junction) and two huge Sainsbury's (Nine Elms & Clapham Road) within 15 minute walks of the flat, as well as a Tesco Express, a Sainsbury's Local and a Co-op Food with a couple of minutes too.

The existing tenants are two late twenties males, one working in engineering and one working in media. As a flat we occasionally do cooking nights, flat drinks and play squash & basketball together.
