Double room in friendly Clapham flat

Double Room in our flat has now become available. It is a friendly flat with a great Location in Clapham. I am sadly moving out, as i am moving back to Australia at the end of August. I am looking for someone to move into the available room from 01 September 2021.

THE FLAT:
It’s a 4 bedroom fully furnished flat with a bathroom (bath/shower and toilet) and a separate toilet. There is a medium-big open living room/kitchen with a small balcony. Clapham common is a 1 minute walk from the house which is great in the summer. It is less than 10 minute walk from Clapham Common Tube Station and about 20 minutes from Clapham Junction. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby with great connections so you can easily get back to the flat at anytime of day or night.
There are plenty of great restaurants, pubs and clubs within a 10 minute walk which is great now that London has opened back up. The location is really great in terms of having access to everything. We also have a cleaner who comes every second week.

THE ROOM (£556 per month):
The room is a good size and comes furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room is on the second floor of the flat and has big windows.
Bills are not included but come to approximately £110 per month.

THE HOUSEMATES:
Very friendly, easy going bunch of people. We have had a lot of fun times together in lockdown and we also do enjoy going out for meals and drinks. We do like to hang out but also respect each others privacy. You’ll be living with two girls and 1 guy all in our 20s and 30s.
