Large recently redecorated double bedroom available for a sociable flatmate in a renovated flat in Clapham.

The flat is 5 minutes from Clapham High Street station, 10 from Clapham North and Clapham Common tube stations.
There is a "Better" gym 5 minutes walk away.

The room is a large double and is furnished with a double bed and new mattress, chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, a double wardrobe, chair, folding table and bookcase. There is also a freeview tv in the room. There is still space for any other furniture so you can make the room feel like home.

The room is listed as ensuite as it comes with useage of the main bathroom (I have my own ensuite but might have a bath once in a blue moon!). The bath has a powerful shower over and it is situated next to the room for rent.

The living room has Virgin TV, Amazon and highspeed broadband along with a dining table that can be extended to seat 6/8. The kitchen benefits from an all important dishwasher and plenty of storage space. Cleaning can be included. Should you have a car, there is on-street permit parking.

An added bonus is that off the kitchen there is a newly refurbished terrace that is great for entertaining in the summer (well, the little we have of one). This will also be partly built over in early Spring to provide an awesomely sunny kitchen breakfast room!

I've had a break from renting the room out so the move in date is flexible. I'd prefer a 6 - 12 month minimum contract, but I'm open to a minimum of around 3 months.
