Hi there,

We have a Large Double bedroom available in our 3 bed flat in Clapham SW4.

The current flatmates are two young male professionals, both aged 26. We are a social house and as such we'd love a similarly sociable person to fill my place. They're both house trained and males are females are welcome.

The house itself is pretty awesome; large living room with a balcony, fully kitted out kitchen including a dishwasher and a great bathroom! Your room is a great size and comes with built in wardrobes, bed and other furnishings including a sideboard cabinet so there is no need to run to Ikea.

5 min walk to Stockwell Tube and 6 min from Clapham North giving you access to the super fast Victoria Line as well as the Northern Line.

5 min walk from great bars and Clapham High street. Virgin media 100mb internet and TV for when you're not going out!
