It is quiet, warm, light and airy.

With its own ensuite shower room/WC, it feels nicely private and would suit a professional who likes their own space. We'd also be happy to consider a student or postgrad.

It is in a great quiet residential location, 5-7 minutes' walk from Clapham South tube, Zone 2, (and under 10 minutes from Balham tube/station). There are loads of shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets etc... nearby, as well as the green spaces of Clapham Common and Tooting Bec Common.
