My current flatmate and I have a tenancy in a 3 bed flat in Clapham South which runs until the end of August. We are looking for one (or two) more people to live with and are fairly indifferent as to whether we stay in our current flat or look for a new place.
We're currently paying £650pcm, our budget for a new place is around £750pcm and would ideally like to be on the Northern Line between Clapham North and Tooting.
We both pretty easy going, young professionals (aged 23 and 24) and like most sports. I work in the Euston/Kings Cross area and my flatmate Jamie works in Wimbledon so would ideally like a commute of less than 30 minutes.
