Gorgeous Double Room Ensuite Clapham South

Hello guys!

I'm very sad to be leaving this friendly house-share, and of course amazing area!

The Victorian-style house is only minutes from the lovely Clapham Common, a 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube (northern line) and a 10 minute walk from the popular North Cote Road! This house is modern, yet full of character! It's big and spacious, and truly feels like home. The kitchen is open-spaced and huge - so no fighting over where to cook! The lounge has two adorable fire places, and two massive windows which makes the room lovely and light!

You'll be renting the top-floor room, which is a big double ensuite, with a lovely ceiling to floor window. You'll have two double wardrobes, with plenty of storage space, as well as your own landing! The ensuite is modern, and includes storage space too. The window overlooks the cute street and garden (decent view if you ask me)!

The area is amazing, you're in walking distance from North Cote Road which has so many lovely bars/ restaurants/ and coffee shops. You're also walking distance from Balham, which is equally as cute! In terms of food stores, there's the main Tesco super store only 5/6 minutes walk away, or a Sainsbury's local which is under a 3 minute walk!

You'll be living with 3 other amazing, out-going and super friendly girls! They love going out, grabbing a coffee/ glass of wine, or a night-in watching trashy TV! They all have busy jobs, but will always make time for each other, even if it's cooking at the same time!

This really is a gorgeous house, with amazing housemates, and in an incredible location. I'm gutted to be leaving, but know that whoever will takeover - will be just as happy as I was!

Deposit is £1,248.
