Hello fellow flatsharers :)

My flatmate’s moving out after 3 years, so the master bedroom with private ensuite is available in a new build concierge building in Clapham. Available Oct 20.

I’m a City professional originally from Sydney working in finance. I’m extremely clean and tidy and I don’t do clutter. I’m looking for a friendly, clean and tidy working professional who is happy to join me on a 12 month lease. I’m very zen & prefer a calm household, so this isn’t a party house.

The bedroom is in a very modern 2-bed 2-bath flat located on the 2nd floor. The apartment is very comfortable to live in:

- Open plan living area with windows on 3 sides, pale wood floorboards and plenty of natural light
- Kitchen has all the mod cons, including integrated appliances and washer/dryer
- Master bedroom comes furnished with bed, mattress, built-in wardrobe, large dresser, bedside tables/lamps.
- Heated flooring
- Internet (Sky)
- Concierge
- Security building (electronic key entry into both lobby and lifts; security cameras)
- Communal outdoor terrace on the 7th and 8th floors
- Bike storage in basement
- Laundry pick-up & delivery service
- A cleaner comes in once a fortnight
- Flat is well insulated compared to other places I’ve lived in in London, not too cold in winter or too stuffy in summer.

The flat is under 5 min walk to Clapham North/Clapham High St and Clapham Common stations, massive Sainsburys, Waitrose, Lidl, organic grocer’s, cinema, Clapham Common park, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. There are some great pubs within walking distance and three gyms (Soho, Virgin and Better, which has a public swimming pool). There is a farmer’s market down the road every Saturday (so convenient!)
