Hi there :-) Sadly one of housemates has to move out and we are on the hunt for someone to join our lovely home. Move in date is 13th Feb.
We are preferably looking for a male to keep the gender mix (2 females and 2 males). Friendly, well decorated professional house share with sunny patio garden. Tall ceilings and large living areas, the room available is a good size double with ample wardrobe space.
We are a fairly relaxed household and enjoy having the odd drink, brunch or movie night together but equally all have our own circle of friends. All fairly active and into various sports, exploring London and all the activities on offer. We are big on travelling so if you love travelling you will now have 3 other travelling buddies :)
The house is non-smoking, and on a quiet street in a great part of Clapham Common, convenient to all the shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc on Northcote Road/Battersea Rise and close to Clapham Common tube and Clapham Junction train station, just 10 mins walk to either. It is also only a 2 min walk from the Common itself. There are loads of buses within 2 mins.
