A generous, bright & spacious double room in good condition to rent in a three bedroom flat.

The flat is a 8-minute walk from Clapham North tube station and just a 12-minute walk to Stockwell.

The rent is £525 a month. Bills usually come to £90-100 a month per person.

You will live with two working professionals, Bill and Vick, we are both British.

We are looking for a working professional.

We are not a party flat. We enjoy having a beer together from time to time and are both very into sports.

Our landlord Tom will complete a reference check. He doesn't work with an agency therefore there is no agency fee for moving in.

The move in date is the 15th Feb, however our flatmate, Dan, who is leaving will be doing so on the 11th Feb, and therefore its also possible to move in from this date is that is preferable.

Monday 22nd January: 6:30pm - 10pm
Thursday 25th January: 6:30pm - 10pm
