There is a room available in this lovely 2-bed Clapham flat from the beginning of October and I’m looking for someone to sign the year long lease with me!

The Room

The room itself comes with wardrobe and potentially a chest of drawers. It also has beautiful high ceilings with period features and a little overhead storage space, as well as its own entrance to the garden, so it’s a real little gem.

The Flat

The flat is in a Victorian conversion a short 7 minute walk away from Clapham Common Station (Northern Line) and conveniently located just by the popular Abbeville Village which has multiple shops, restaurants, hair and beauty places and a small hardware shop. Otherwise everything you need is a 10 – 15 minute stroll away in Clapham itself, including a large Sainsbury’s.

It’s a two bed place, with a kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, a big basement for storage and a beautiful garden. I’ve lived here for three years now so it’s fully furnished.

About me

I’m 28, German (with a healthy dose of Irish) and love anything art and food related. When I’m not strolling around Borough Market with my friends or raving/ranting about some obscure artwork, I can be found in the flat baking scones or watching Netflix with a cup of tea: clearly I like to live on the wild side!

Please do be aware that the flat really is a home so ideally, I'm looking for someone who is as clean and tidy and takes as much pride in living in a nice place as I do!

Rent

The rent is 910 per month excluding bills. These come to approx.. £150 – £200 pounds a month depending on summer/winter and include internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity.
