The property is now fully furnished (the photos were taken before so we would advise coming and having a look), we have decorated and have a projector for the 'cinema room' downstairs. There are 5 bedrooms but only 4 are being let so you would have a choice of the 2 remaining ones (both doubles). There is one en-suite, one shared bathroom and two extra toilets in the property. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Clapham Common tube.
To introduce ourselves in more detail, we are Alastair (English - 27), Rachael (English - 27) and Freddy (German - 23). Ideally we are looking for someone who will treat this as a home and be interested in getting involved in general, be that decorating the house or going for a pub quiz night. We're all new to Clapham so very keen to check out the area.
The boring stuff: If you're interested in this place you will have to go through the Dexters referencing (to be added to the contract), which should take around a week or so to clear, before you can move in. There is a minimum salary requirement so ideally you would be earning £30k+.
